Hey everyone!
No video today because I'm going to suggest a health summit that I have signed up for. I'm not affiliated in any way but I have personally experienced Cynthia Pasquella's amazing programs and teaching so I'm donating a blog post to her today. She has an amazing story and when I'm listening to her lectures and watching her videos she completely draws me in and inspires me. So, if you are in a place where you want to learn more about health topics click on this link and let me know what you think!

She's offering some free goodies and a free video with Dr. Tom O'Bryan, which was an amazing learning experience for me. I started filtering my water to improve my cellular health and, as you may know, I have Celiac disease so every conversation around gluten interests me and one thing he says about it which makes all the "controversy" around gluten free diets for non-celiacs seem pretty inconsequential to me now. He says "No human can digest (gluten)". So there it is, if you want to eat it fine, but since there is no nutritional value to it, don't give people a hard time for cutting it out, no matter what their motivation is!
I hope this will be a great summit for me and you and I'd love to hear all your feedback around it. What things were significant to you? Let me know in the comments below.
Have a great week!
Colleen
