I believe that a fundamental part of your overall health and well being is having fun every day. We have all had moments where we feel like death warmed up and a friend comes over to cheer us up, after a few minutes of fun you feel a little better, right? So, let's apply that to every day of our lives to keep feeling better, even when we aren't "sick". This week's assignment is to add fun, pleasure and enjoyment to every moment you possibly can. Every day gift yourself something you really want, it doesn't have to be expensive, a cup of tea or a flower from your garden in a vase doesn't cost a thing.
